St. Andre Health Care is a 96 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, located on the Saco River in Biddeford, Maine. We are seeking an individual to direct the operations and coordinate the development and implementation of our policies and procedures. The individual chosen will be responsible for maintaining the mission of the organization, compliance with all local, state and federal regulations and responsibility for enhancing the overall operations. We are seeking an individual that has the passion and commitment to person-centered care. Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of management experience in a long-term care environment, at least two as an Administrator, and has a current Long Term Care Administrator's License.
