NNEAHSA is an association of not-for-profit long-term care providers from throughout the three state region of Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont.

Our members include providers from the entire spectrum of subacute long-term care facilities and services including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, federally assisted and market rate housing units, home and community-based services and continuing care retirement communities (CCRC’s). In total, over 10,000 older people are served and cared for by NNEAHSA members.
